Making sushi is not as hard as you think. This cauliflower rice sushi is raw, vegan, gluten, dairy free, sugar free and super tasty!

1 Carrot
2 cups Cauliflower florets
1 Handful Cilantro
1 Squeeze Lemon
2 Medjool dates
4 Nori sheets, raw
2 Spring onions
1 Handful Sunflower sprouts
Condiments
1 tbsp Tahini
2 tsp Tamari
Oils & Vinegars
1 tsp Apple cider vinegar, raw
Liquids
1/4 cup Spring water, filtered

1/2 Capsicum
Thumb length piece of ginger (minced)
